Radon Testing & Report
Radon is the #1 cause of Lung Cancer in non smokers.
Lung Cancer kills more than 20,000 of Americans every year. The survival rate is among the lowest. Only 11-15% will live beyond 5 years after diagnosis. Sadly, often Lung Cancer can be prevented, this is especially true for Radon.
The EPA rates Northeast Indiana in the highest risk category for Radon in the soil.

Radon Testing is becoming a common part of real estate purchases. The EPA estimates that the average home in Northeast Indiana has a Radon level dangerous enough to fix the home. We utilize calibrated, tested and certified professional Radon Measurement Equipment over a continuous period for a minimum of 2-3 days to record and analyze Radon levels, patterns, changes & averages. Our equipment features anti-interference technology to support tamper-free results. You will receive a detailed report and recommendations for you to make the best decision for your family. Simply put, you need to know.
And, because some dangerous and inaccurate misinformation has been repeated by some real estate professionals in our area, our clients have asked us to add this important piece of information to our website:

11th Month
Home Warranty
Inspection
Protect your new home with an 11th Month Warranty Inspection!
Did you recently have a home built? Most builders offer a one-year warranty on a new home. Or did you purchase a home with a one-year warranty from the previous homeowner?
We’ll come out during the 11th month and perform a full home inspection before the warranty expires. Our non-invasive inspection is based on observations of the visible and apparent condition of the interior and exterior of the structure, including its major systems and components.
Following your inspection, you will receive a comprehensive report, complete with photos, that includes information on any material defects observed on the date of the inspection.
Armed with this information, you can take any necessary steps to hold your builder and his subcontractors or the warranty company to their warranties while they’re still in force.
