We always welcome our clients to join us at their inspection to go over findings, review recommendations and answer questions. You will usually have the Inspection Report emailed to you (and your agent, if you desire) the same day. It will include full color pictures and be organized and easy-to-follow with a navigable table of contents and summary. You can even build your inspection response to the seller right from the report, so there is no miscommunication about exactly what you are requesting!
